Command line parameters

The command line parameters described below are useful to schedule scans using the Task Scheduler or to run certain scans when you boot your computer.

The following command line parameters can be used with the TrojanHunter scanner:

/SCANFILE file1 file2 ...

The files specified will be scanned. You can also specify drives or directories instead of files, and these will then be scanned recursively.

If you want to scan a directory without recursively scanning its sub-directories, prefix the directory name with a "+" character.

Example: TrojanHunter.exe /SCANFILE +C:\WINNT
This will scan the C:\WINNT directory, but not its sub-directories.

/QUICKSCAN
Performs a Quick Scan immediately after starting the scanner.
/AUTOCLOSE
Causes the scanner to automatically close if no trojans are found during a startup scan.
