Scanning for Trojans
There are two basic ways to scan your system with TrojanHunter:
Use the full scan to search your system's memory, registry, ini-files, open ports and the folders you selected in the explorer view for trojans. A full scan with all hard drives selected for scanning is recommended at least once a week and any time you have reason to suspect there may be the potential to have acquired a trojan.
Use the quick scan to scan your system's memory, registry, ini-files, open ports and all autostarted and running files. This scan will take less time than a full scan since no user-selected folders will be included in the scan. You should do a quick scan each day, particularly after any Internet browsing activity.
